Distance yourself from sadness
One of the most courageous decision u will ever make is to finally let go of what is hurting your heart & soul. sometimes u need to be alone.not to be lonely but , to enjoy your free tym being u & yourself. when u feel worried & depressed, consciously form a smile on your face & act upbeat until the happy feeling becomes genuine.as the light begins to intensify, so does my misery & I wonder how it is possible to hurt so much when nothing is wrong. sometimes lyf doesn't gives u something u want, not bcoz u don't deserve it , but bcoz u deserve more. when we are ready to make positive changes in our lives, we attract whatever we need to help us.we must understand that sadness is an ocean, sometimes we drown , while other days we are forced to swim. Sadness often leads to depression but happiness leads to increase in the life expectancy.we have to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what u got & remember what u had . Always forgive but never forget, learn from your mistakes but never regret. Always remember that it's better to forget & smile than to remember & be sad . It's ironic, how we offen the things worth remembering, but remember the things worth forgetting. The best feeling of happiness is when u are happy bcoz u have made somebody else happy😊. Usually beautiful things happen only when u distance yourself from the negative. Doing what u like is freedom & liking what u do is happiness. Two possibilities exist ; either we are alone in the universe or we are not. both are equally terrifying. It's better to live your lyf in your own way. In the end, people will judge u anyway . Don't live your lyf impressing others, live your life impressing yourself.🥰🥰🥰
